Director

Mike brings over 45 years of construction experience to Premier Craft Homes, with much of his background rooted in excavation. Under his leadership, we’re able to keep all excavation and earthworks in‑house, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality from the ground up.

Mike takes pride in being a trusted resource for both clients and trades. His extensive knowledge and strong communication skills help keep job sites safe, organized, and enjoyable to work on. He has a calm, steady presence on site and a natural ability to make clients feel heard, supported, and confident in the process every step of the way.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren. And if you’re ever looking for him in the morning, he’s likely at a local coffee shop picking up coffees for everyone on site

Executive Director and Founder

Mitch brings over 13 years of experience in the building industry. As a Red Seal Carpenter, he launched Premier Craft Homes in 2016 and, through hard work and dedication, quickly secured framing contracts with some of the most respected builders in the Okanagan.

Professional development has always been a driving force for Mitch. The strong relationships he built early in his career allowed him to learn from experienced builders, continually expanding his knowledge and refining the skills needed to pursue his goal of becoming a Registered Licensed Builder.

Mitch believes deeply in the power of relationships, going the extra mile, and always doing right by his clients. His systematic, organized approach to building ensures that clients, sub‑trades, and staff feel confident and supported throughout the entire process.

Outside of work, Mitch is all about family, spending as much time as possible with his wife and children. He’s also passionate about sports and fitness, and can often be found on one of the many beautiful golf courses throughout the Okanagan.

John is a Red Seal Carpenter with over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. As one of our Directors, he brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a deep commitment to quality to every project he leads.

With John overseeing our foundations and framing, we’re able to keep these critical stages of construction entirely in‑house. Every build starts with a solid foundation, and John’s expertise gives us complete confidence in the structural integrity of each home we create. His attention to detail and strong communication skills set every project off on the right foot, allowing our sub‑trades to follow with ease and efficiency.

John is known for his ability to complete work quickly without ever compromising on quality — a balance that has earned him tremendous respect within our team and across the industry.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He’s also passionate about hunting and is an avid hockey fan.
